Travel Coordinator's Work Description

Seeking Travel Coordinators to share and book travel for the  "Prayer At the Wall - 2005" Tour to the Holy Land.

Successful  Travel Coordinators work from home part time and  experience a variety of fringe benefits such as free travel and a high income based upon reservations booked.

TCs should be outgoing, friendly, tolerant of other people, polite and patient.  (Adults can be worst then children on a field trip)   It helps if you have a sincere interest in travel, education, the Holy Land and Biblical History.

Travel Coordinators receive support in the form of a blueprint marketing plan.  A video tape of the Holy Land Travel  Brochures and airfare information.

When Travel Coordinators book 7 people the 8th space is Free.  This is an incentive for pastors and presidents of organizations to introduce you to their memberships.

Finding Clients -

List at least 5 people in each category (Include Address or email address)

Once you feel comfortable with the tour information, contact these persons and share information about the Tour.  This group of persons will serve as your core group and most of your leads will come from and through this group of people.

1.     Friends

2.   Relatives

3.   Co-workers

4.   Church members

5.   Spouse/Mate’s friends/co-workers

6.   Professional service people that you do business with, i.e. insurance person, real estate person, people you buy from

7.    Neighbors (very important – list as many as possible)

8.   Club members or members of a particular social group

Contacting Groups, Organizations & Churches

  • Speak about the Tour at your Church,  Community Organization and Social Group..  Keep it short.  Allow people to come to you.

  • Give a "Travel Party.  Invite neighbors Friends, etc.  Prepare low cost snacks, beverages.  Show your video tape and answer any questions

  • Always remember, your Prayer is your strength and will guide you if confusion arises.

  • A $150 deposit is now due to reserve space for the trip.  TCs earn $90.00 and $60 is immediately forwarded to the Travel Supplier to reserve accommodations. All checks should be made out to ATM Travel.  TC will receive their $90.00 commission within 5 days of checks clearing the bank. Seven bookings equal one free trip.  You can sell your free trip, use the trip for yourself or split the cost with one of your travel partners.  (If a Pastor provides 5 pilgrims it would be a wise business decision to provide him or her with a  reduced cost or free trip)  There may be a smaller additional commission check provided when airfare is purchased.

  • Honesty and integrity is extremely important.  Any misrepresentation of monies would need to be persecuted to the fullest extent allowable.  Because Travel Coordinators will be responsible for monies  of people who sign up for the tour, a copy of a state or federal ID will be necessary.

  • It  is perfectly acceptable to take the "prayers of others" to the Western Wall and and accept  donations to help finance your trip
